He was fast, honest and very knowledgeable, identifying the real cause of he issue. Because of his knowledge and honesty he didn’t try and sell parts and repairs that would not solve the problem and kept diagnosing the issue, even waiting for more than 30 minutes to observe the drying cycle. The problem he identified avoided a serious fire hazard that required no work on his part to remedy. A rare trader who fully earns his five star rating.

Josh turns up when he says, knows what he is doing, charges fairly and is friendly. He even turned up with the right part for my washing machine. What more could you ask?

My John Lewis freezer has been giving problems for some time, and after an attempt to defrost it earlier this week appeared to have completely stopped working. Josh came just a few hours after my phone call, immediately diagnosed the problem and carefully and expertly removed large quantities of ice which still remained, blocking the ventilator and fan mechanism. The freezer is now working perfectly. I was most impressed by Josh’s skill, care and courtesy. This visit contrasted most favourably with one a year or two ago from a JL approved company, whose engineer stated categorically that the compressor had failed and that we needed a new freezer!
