Welcome to AJ Appliances Ltd. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

• We provide domestic appliance repairs and installations for all major makes and models.

• Service availability may vary by area.

• Same-day and out-of-hours callouts are offered subject to engineer availability.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or online form.

• A callout fee or deposit may apply (if stated during booking).

• Payments are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations

• Customers must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Late cancellations may incur a callout charge.

4. Repairs & Warranty

• We aim to repair appliances on the first visit; however, some repairs may require parts to be ordered.

• Replacement parts are subject to manufacturer availability.

• Repairs are covered by a [e.g. 3-month] workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated.

• The guarantee does not cover: misuse, accidental damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.

5. Liability

• AJ Appliances Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss of food, laundry, or other perishable goods due to appliance breakdown.

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. inconvenience, loss of earnings).

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the appliance for our engineers.

• Provide accurate details of the appliance (make, model, fault).

• Inform us of any health & safety risks on-site.

7. Website Use

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by AJ Appliances Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

• We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
