Amazing service yet again. Josh has fixed the washing machine on previous occasions and we have always been impressed with his service. Called him this morning and he arrived en route to another job. Josh had a good look at our dishwasher and gave us good advice. He was friendly, even to the dog, and also gave helpful advice about a separate plumbing issue. We will definitely call him in the future.

Our washing machine would not spin properly or empty out although the pump and drum appeared to be working. I called Josh at 4 o’clock on Friday hoping that he would be able to attend the following week. He said that he that he was busy on Saturday so would Sunday be ok instead? I jumped at the offer. On the phone he was clear and pleasantly straightforward about pricing. He quickly discovered that the problem was a huge and horrible limescale build up in the outflow pipe and did a brilliant job clearing it out. He quickly had the machine back in action. He was honest, punctual, very efficient and gave good advice. His charges were excellent value and there were no hidden extras. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Have used Josh on several occasions, and the service he delivers is second to none. I have called on Josh for dishwasher, washing machine and oven and each time he was prompt, quick to sort the problem with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.

We had arranged to do some redecoration around the house, when at the very last minute the wallpaperer announced he would not be able to remove the radiators to paper behind them. Having used Josh before, my first instinct was to call him. He arrived as promised, removed the rads, and came back to re-install them once the wallpapering had finished. No drama. It was 2 visits but he was kind enough to discount the total price.
