I phoned Josh and he came over the same day. He was very clear about the costs up-front, offered a friendly service and the issue was fixed the same day. I would certainly recommend this service!
Josh has now been to see us twice - once because we had problems with the integrated dishwasher and today because the washing machine was not spinning properly. The dishwasher was old so we thought it would have to be replaced - but he investigated and found a piece of broken glass that had become wedged in the casing and had broken the seal. It took a good deal of heaving and twiddling to deal with it; but he managed. An investigation of the washing machine indicated that there was a slight blockage and no serious mechanical damage. He arrived quickly - as promised. He was cheery, considerate, capable, thorough, obviously skilled and widely experienced. His charges were very reasonable. He doesn't believe in replacing what isn't bust. We highly recommend him to anyone who's unsure about whether to chuck out an appliance.

Electric fan oven not heating up - Josh arrived within the agreed time. There was quite a bit of trouble accessing the heating element as the old screws had rusted, however, Josh did not give up and managed to fix the problem. On checking that the oven was working, the fuse tripped and upon unscrewing and re-checking the parts, Josh surmised that there was a secondary issue with the oven light wiring and removed the bulb. Josh ended up staying for a couple of hours, he was knowledgeable and friendly. The oven is working great.
Called following recommendations on this site when washing machine breakdown. Josh managed to fit in a visit the same day. Explained the issues and tried to repair. Explained why certain parts where needed. Kept me updated regularly on delivery of parts. Completed repair after 3 visits all for initial call out. Very impressed as I think many other engineers would have said beyond repair and tried to sell new machine. Josh had even researched issue between visits to make best possible repair.
